Love these milk chocolate chips. They melt easily even without coconut oil. Have no after taste like another well-known brand. Love that they do not use erythritol. I have been using this product for about 6 mos.
Haven't tried them in a cookie, yet! I eat them mostly mixed with nuts or in my plain Greek yogurt.

My concern, because of the warning on the box about melting ...... I'm worried that they will be melted when they arrive in the summer time. USPS transport and delivery trucks are not air conditioned and sometime sit out in the sun before they are unloaded to the main USPS distribution center. Does ChocZero change their packaging in the hotter months to protect the product?

As a heads up, we pack orders with ice and insulation during the summer in order to reduce the risk of melting as much as we can. We always recommend placing orders in the fridge once they arrive however if anything melts and cannot be enjoyed we are always happy to make it right. We also have a great range of pantry products that are unaffected by the heat like our cookies, spreads, jams and syrups.
