I've never been closer to returning my chubby brat cat to the shelter when he knocked over my bottle of this stuff and spilled half of it.

I'm kidding lol He's the worst, but he's also the best and I adore that disaster. He stays here. But I will reconsider how I store my syrup to forestall future issues.

I use it everywhere vanilla is called for

I started out using this in coffee and tea. It has no aftertaste which is important to me. I had a keto recipe that called for vanilla and water. I was almost out of my regular sugar replacement so I just substituted this vanilla and left out a little water. Amazing how they turned out. I find myself using this vanilla more often in my recipes! Thank you for creating it.
