I was recently diagnosed as prediabetic. I have tried a variety of other chocolates. All have had. Artificial sweeteners and all caused me stomach and digestive issues. I found these which are sweetened with monk fruit. They have a great taste, I cannot tell them apart from chocolate sweeten with sugar. I eat very little chocolate. Maybe a square a day or less, but it's so awesome to be able to have that little individually wrapped rectangle of chocolate mint after dinner with a cup of hot tea and NOT worry about having real sugar! They taste perfect and are made with healthy monk fruit, instead of other toxic sweeteners. The result is that there is no strange after taste or headache. These are just delicious!
